Aphrodite Company Purchase Policy:
We have implemented the following policies to improve our quality of service and the buying process altogether.
After you have submitted the order and paid for it, it usually takes 4-7 business days to prepare the items and provide the tracking number.
When your order exceeds 2 days, we will not be able to cancel or replace your order. Therefore, when you encounter time issues, please contact us to speed up the order. Aphrodite will send your order as soon as possible. Orders that have been placed cannot be refunded
If the order is delayed due to special reasons such as COVID-19, we will help you to contact the courier, but Aphrodite Company can not bear the responsibility of unforseen shipping delays due to the worldwide pandemic.
· If you find that you have received the wrong color, size or quantity, quality problems of goods, please contact us as soon as possible and provide proof of defects of each item.
We will verify your order as soon as possible, refund the problem goods (excluding freight) or re-issue the goods in a reasonable timeframe. Aphrodite Company will decide whether to give additional compensation.
(Aphrodite has the ownership to review the items)
When the review fails, you can still get a refund, you need to return our goods, Aphrodite will not bear the corresponding shipping costs.
· Please note: We cannot ship to a PO BOX address. Please send us the correct and acceptable address to ensure the package delivery is successful.
· If our staff mistakenly sends your goods to the incorrect address, we assume all responsibility. Aphrodite may choose to resend goods to you, compensate you, or refund your costs.
· When we provide tracking information to you, you have the obligation to pay attention to the status of the package. We will not be responsible for the return of the package due to the inability of the courier to contact you. Always track your packages.
Customs:
We assume no responsibility when we ship your merchandise and it is detained by the US Customs (which is less likely than winning the lottery). If there is an issue with customs within the sending country, we assume all responsibility. Of course, please give us time to deal with them.
