Order Process
After you place an order, we need 4-7 working days to send you the goods and provide the order tracking number(Sipping company:FedEX or UPS \ DHL)

When your order exceeds 2 days, we will not be able to cancel or replace your order. Therefore, when you encounter time issues, please contact us to speed up the order. Aphrodite will send your order as soon as possible. Orders that have been placed cannot be refunded

ABOUT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please note: We cannot ship to a PO BOX address. The address we will send to is the same as your PayPal delivery address. Please confirm that your PayPal address is used normally. If you need to change the address, please contact your dedicated customer service. We will assist you to send the goods to the correct address.

Normally we provide Fast shipping, After we provide the tracking number, may delay the update, please be patient, we will help you solve the problem.

All our products are custom made in our factories in China where we ship from.

ABOUT FAQ:

If you need an urgent order, please contact us. We will inform you if the items you need to order are available for urgent shipping or not. We do have UPS and FedEx shipping times noted on the website. Please be sure to refer back to the site to see the estimated shipping time.

Customs:

We assume no responsibility when we ship your merchandise and it is detained by the US Customs (which is less likely than winning the lottery). If there is an issue with customs within the sending country(China), we assume all responsibility. Of course, please give us time to deal with them.
